Bringing Hawkins to Life from Coast-To-Coast
Challenge: Doritos and Netflix wanted to create a buzzworthy, immersive experience inviting fans to “chip in” and share messages of hope for Hawkins ahead of the final season premiere.
Solution: KAP Media produced the “Telethon for Hawkins” phone booth event with large-scale activations at Hudson Yards (NYC) and The Grove (LA). Each featured retro phone booths, neon visuals, branded giveaway items, and the 1-855-HAWKINS hotline, fully functioning for fans to dial in.
Impact: The campaign drew crowds coast-to-coast, generating amazing buzz for the show. Fans lined up to participate, share calls, and spread the word online.
