DEER PARK AT THE MLB ALL-STAR GAME

OWNING THE MOMENT IN ATLANTA

Challenge: Deer Park, in partnership with MLB, wanted to make a bold statement during the All-Star Game in Atlanta. KAP Media was retained by the media agency to identify and secure a premiere large-format location close to the stadium.  This meant navigating a complex process: scouting viable hotels, gauging interest with property owners and negotiating fees, while simultaneously preparing for city and league approvals. Beyond just finding a wall, the challenge included legal hurdles, timing constraints, negotiations and balancing multiple stakeholders— the client, MLB, lobbyists, city officials, and the hotel itself—all under tight deadlines.

Solution: KAP Media led a multi-phase approach. We began with online scouting and early calls to property managers, followed by collaborative client reviews to narrow in on preferred options. Once locations were shortlisted, our production team traveled to the locations to measure dimensions, test materials, and assess feasibility. Parallel to this, KAP worked hand-in-hand with lobbyists, city officials, and MLB representatives to confirm compliance, apply for a short-term ordinance for approval. Throughout the process, we maintained regular reviews with the client, ensuring every step—from location selection to artwork sign-off—was aligned and timely. The result was a seamless installation at a premiere site that gave Deer Park a commanding presence throughout All-Star week.

Impact: The activation captured millions of impressions across locals and attendees, drove strong social buzz, and positioned Deer Park as a visible, proud partner of MLB. By successfully navigating a complex approval process and securing a high-impact location, KAP delivered a standout moment that resonated with fans and the brand alike.
